After you have logged-in to oilBay.com with your email address and password . . .
Step No.
1.	--Select a document type from the system menu. (Left side)
2.	--Input your search criteria and click the "Submit" button.
3.	--Click on the County, Township, Range, Section, or FEE as required.
4.	--Click "ADD" to add a record to your DOWNLOAD CART.
5.	--Click the "VIEW DOWNLOAD CART" button to access the "DOWNLOAD CART".
6.	--Click the appropriate "Click Here" hyperlink to retrieve the document.

Step 1:

Select a left menu area for the type of document or data to search. i.e.; Transfers

Notes: The menu system of the web site is organized with brief menu entries,
i.e.; "Pluggings" which refers to "Plugging Record Form 1003" documents.

Step 2:

Insert the search criteria in the search fields provided and Click the "Submit" button.

Step 3:

Click on the County, Township, Range, Section, or FEE entry, as required.

Note: Record entries for Intents, Applications and Orders will display a Detail Viewing Fee of 50 cents to view the "Database Record Detail". This fee is billed immediately upon clicking the fee amount on the web page.

Step 4:

Click "ADD" to add a record to the DOWNLOAD CART or ORDER to order a document

Notes: Once the "Database Record Detail" for a specific document is displayed on the web page, you may click "ADD" to place that document into the "DOWNLOAD CART" area. All documents to be downloaded or emailed are placed in this area of the web site. Please note that there are no fees to add items to the "DOWNLOAD CART", but any Deductible Detail Viewing Fees are reduced accordingly.

Step 5:

Click the "VIEW DOWNLOAD CART" button to access your document.

Notes: All documents to be downloaded are placed in this area of the web site.

Step 6:

Click the appropriate "Click Here" hyperlink to retrieve the document.

Notes: All documents to be downloaded or emailed are placed in this area of the web site. The documents may be retrieved in one of two formats, TIF or PDF. Billing for the document takes effect upon clicking the chosen method of delivery, either "DOWNLOAD" or "EMAIL" .
